During the conference week, three social events are planned: Welcome Party, trips to various parts of Moravia and Farewell Party. The attendance of all three is covered in the conference fee for all registered participants and their accompanying persons.

Two sightseeing tours are prepared for Sunday afternoon:

A visit to the town of Mikulov (40 km from Brno) with dinner and wine tasting. Mikulov is a lovely historical town in the centre of the wine region. The carefully made tourist paths lead to the most attractive natural beauties and historical monuments. |

A tour to the Pernštejn Castle and Černá Hora Brewery with dinner and beer tasting (50 km from Brno).
The Pernštejn Castle is one of the most beautiful castles in the CZ (comparable with the royal Karlštejn Castle). Its origin dates back to the 13th century in its old Gothic style. Its owners, the family of Pernštejn, belonged to the richest noble families in the Czech lands.
The Černá Hora Brewery has a long tradition. The first beer was brewed here in the 14th century. You will see the technology of a real Czech beer production.
